MEASURING, ORDERS & CUSTOM WORK
Buyer is solely responsible for measuring, verifying dimensions, site readiness, and installation unless installation was quoted and accepted separately.
Custom work, fabrication, and custom cuts begin after quote acceptance; deposits are non-refundable once cutting starts. Standard returns are governed by our Refund Policy; cut, custom, or installed pieces are final sale.

DELIVERY & PICKUP
Local delivery and pickup are coordinated after purchase as described in our Shipping Policy. Pickup in North Palm Beach, FL, by appointment.

INSTALLATION LIMITATION
No claims of licensed contractor or insurance are made on this site. Installation, if offered, is performed by our installers as arranged in the accepted quote.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & GOVERNING LAW
