Refund Policy

Standard unfinished or finished slabs that match the ordered size may be returned unused within 7 days of pickup or delivery only with our prior approval. You pay return transport. The item must be in original condition.

Cut, custom-sized, fabricated, sealed-to-order, or installed pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Wholesale and pallet orders are final sale unless we made an error.

We do not provide prepaid return labels. Contact hello@palmbeachbutcherblock.com or text us before sending anything back.

If we shipped or cut the wrong size, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will make it right.
